The Company:
Our client is a Global manufacturer of a range of construction chemicals used in Civil, Commercial and Residential projects.
Boasting local manufacturing capabilities in Australia, they supply a wide range of products across numerous categories. They invest heavily in marketing and specification writing and they have considerable market share across Tier 1 – 4 projects.
The Role:
Working closely with National Sales Manager your purpose will be to drive sales through specified project business in the Commercial and Multi-Residential sectors across numerous brands spanning waterproofing, flooring and Fire Protection.
In conjunction with the wider sales team, your primary function is to grow sales through the specification channel dealing with Developers, Architects and Engineers. This will involve you making multiple customer visits, conducting CPD presentations and building relationships with key stakeholders at the design phase of each project. On a project-by-project basis you will assist you accounts with technical and application advice, product selections, problem solving, forecasting and logistics.
A key part of the role is relationship management and your primary function is to assist your clients in achieving their business objectives.
The Applicant:
You will be an established and proven and successful sales person with a background in Construction, Industrial &/or Manufacturing sales.
Full product training is available and Technical support is provided.
