Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to join their team in Essendon. This is a key role managing a high-value portfolio of Tier 1–4 Architectural practices, Commercial Fit-out Contractors and Furniture & Workstation Manufacturers across Melbourne and the wider metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure specifications with Interior Architects, Acoustic Engineers, Interior Designers and Furniture Manufacturers
- Manage the full sales cycle from specification through to project completion and installation
- Present both commercial and technical product information (CPDs)
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the design and construction community
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to deliver outstanding project outcomes
As an experienced B2B sales professional, you will have a solid background in specification selling within the commercial construction or interiors sector. You are a confident presenter with strong technical aptitude, comfortable interpreting technical drawings, and genuinely aligned with sustainable, locally manufactured products.
