Our client specialise in interior acoustic fit-out solutions for the B2B sector. A young and privately owned company expanding in to the Victorian market with the appointment of a Sales and Project Manager to spearhead their operation in Melbourne.
Initially working autonomously from a home office and reporting to the Group CEO overseas, this role combines both sales and project delivery functions, ensuring clients have one single point of contact throughout the entire sales process. The role is focussed on responding to inbound enquiries from clients across a variety of industries from Commercial office to Hospitality, Accommodation and Government.
You purpose is to respond to initial enquirers, conduct site surveys, present the solution and close the sale.
Typical projects are in the $10-25k range and you will manage the project delivery process via an established 3rd party fit-out Installer.
Full Technical training will provided.
What you have sold is of less importance than how you go about selling it.
We are looking for:
• Positive Team players
• Stable career history
• Previous success in a customer facing sales or project management role
• Experience within the Construction sector is a bonus
• Ability to work in a field based & autonomous environment
• Excitement to work in a young a rapidly expanding company
• Willingness to Learn and Grow with this Dynamic Organisation
On offer is a base salary of $100k + Super + FMV + Uncapped Commission (yr1 OTE $30-40k)
