Our client is a fast-growing business specialising in acoustic fit-out services for commercial end users across Australia. Backed by strong inbound lead flow and a national installation network, they've scaled to $1M turnover in just two years — and they're expanding their Australian team.
The Role
This is a dual-focus position split across sales (40%), project management (40%), and business development through industry referral networks (20%). You'll be managing inbound leads across target markets including schools, offices, hospitality venues, and councils — with project values ranging from $10K up to $200K.
Installations are handled by a dedicated national subcontractor, so your focus is on winning work and seeing it through from quote to completion.
What You'll Be Doing
- Converting inbound leads into sales across B2B commercial clients
- Managing projects end-to-end, coordinating with the national installation team
- Building and maintaining relationships within the industry to grow referral pipelines
- Working autonomously to hit monthly revenue targets
- 2–10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, commercial fit-out, or property management
- Proven ability to manage projects and client relationships simultaneously
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently — this is not a hand-held role
- Eagerness to Learn and Understand new industries and sectors
- The solution isn't highly technical, it is functional; so what matters is drive, maturity, and commercial acumen
- $100,000 base + Superannuation
- Uncapped Performance-based commission 5% of Revenue - (OTE $40K–$50K + additional $20k annual bonus based on KPIs)
