Sales Manager - Motors and Drives

The Company:

Our client is a Global manufacturing company, they manufacture a wide range of Motors, Drives and Electrification Solutions.

This role is focused on growing sales across a wide portfolio of Motors and VSDs in the QLD Market. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of the Business, managing the sales team and running point on all the large projects and customers.
  
Dealing with a variety of Industrial sectors from Mining to Quarries & Agriculture you will assist the sales team with the execution of the sales strategy dealing with OEM’s, End Users and Systems Integrators.  

The Role:

Working closely with the SD you will have a full responsibility to strategically grow sales in QLD. From setting budgets and KPIs to strategic pricing strategies and stock control you will have the autonomy to set the pace and execute the sales strategy for the region.

You will be hands on with the sales team, attending joint visit sales calls, running incentives and building the brand name in the Australian Market.
  
This role is home office based and will involve some regional travel.

The Applicant:

You will have between 2-10 years B2B sales or Product Management experience from within the electro-mechanical sectors. You will hungry for success, dynamic, self-motivated and you will be looking for an opportunity to make a name for yourself so you can progress in your career. 

As a natural relationship builder you will be happy to get out there with your clients and you will pride yourself on your ability not only to win accounts but to grow the revenue generation of these accounts once they are yours. Applicants will be considered from any “Technical” sales background as full training will be provided.
