THE OPPORTUNITY
This role is based in Adelaide’s Northern Suburbs with a flexible hybrid arrangement (once fully trained and self-sufficient) — combining office, hybrid WFH and regular site visits with new and existing clients.
This is a highly relationship-focused role where you will build your network in the commercial Facilities Management sector, your success will come from understanding client challenges, educating them on their legal requirements and obligations. And ensuring the provision of a safe environment for their employees and contractors when accessing/working at heights.

This is an expansion role, you will be the face of the business in South Australia dealing with all incoming enquiries and strategically targeting new clients through cold calling and networking events.
You will work across a diverse range of clients, from single sites to multi-site, multi-state Corporations including:
- Facility, Maintenance & asset managers
- Commercial property management groups
- Government & infrastructure asset owners
- End User Industrial & manufacturing businesses
- Strata & building management firms
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and service opportunities
- Identify and develop new business through warm leads, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess needs and recommend tailored height safety solutions
- Provide expert guidance on compliance requirements, system options, and best-practice safety solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal design and estimation teams to deliver high-quality, client-specific proposals
You will have between 1-5 years commercial B2B Sales Experience in any industry
