- Drive significant revenue growth in QLD through new builds and MRO (maintenance, repair, operations) from an established, well-managed customer base and active sales funnel.
- Manage and expand key accounts across multiple stakeholders (end-users, EPCs, engineering teams) – vertical account penetration and horizontal expansion.
- High-value projects: typical deal sizes $500k+, with 6–12 month sales cycles rewarding strong relationship builders and strategic thinkers.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager with autonomy to own your pipeline and results.
- Steady growth trajectory in ANZ – join a stable, loyal customer-focused organisation with a proven track record.
- 2–10 years B2B sales experience in capital equipment(heavy machinery, industrial systems, process equipment, or similar technical/high-value sales).
- Proven track record of winning and growing accounts in long-cycle, relationship-driven environments.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, and hungry for career progression – this is a platform to make your mark and advance.
- Comfortable in the field building relationships at site level (regional QLD travel expected).
- Technical sales background preferred but not essential – comprehensive product and industry training provided.
